* Protect brick, concrete, and landscaping as needed and possible
* Scrape and remove loose and peeling paint
* Lightly sand rough spots on wood trim
* Prime bare spots with primer
* Tighten loose boards as needed
* Re-set loose nails
* Caulk gaps and cracks and holes as needed
* Apply one to two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint exterior latex paint
* Clean up job site and haul away all trash.
